canada account with non resident details

hello guys.
i would like to know for example this is fine to create account on ebay.ca or ebay.uk with details from a different country for example with israel details?
this will work?

The account owner should be from the same country as ebay account.Then its possible but you would need to hide tracks, make sure they dont link you and best if you do it on 2 separate devices with premium static ips/ip burger. Read the forum.

You could create the account on the israel ebay platform then log onto the .ca or .uk platform and list - an option to consider

there is no israel ebay site, so this is not an option...
i have aproblem that once i create the account after the first listing they suspend the account and there is no option to lift the account any more.
i tried on any site and yeah i have did all the stealth instractions but i have no idea why this is happening..
i even tried with real details phone and credit card but still the same result..
any one have an idea how to solve this?
