Selling Limit Never Increase- Restriction on Account?

So I have maxed my 10/$1000 selling limit every month and surprisingly, I've never gotten an automatic increase. I clicked on increase limits and there was a red message at top saying I had an restriction on my account. However I can still list as normal.

Anyone seen this? I've never gotten a MC011 on this account of any restriction.

I had it once aswell. Give them a call and they will fix it, or ban you account

Red message could be a glitch - but if not, there could be a delay of few days if account is actually restricted

You should contact eBay so they can review your account. Normally, you only have to answer a few easy questions :D
