Increase seller limit by proving selling history with old account

Hey whats up guys I got a quick question. So I got limited on paypal but my old top rated ebay page is still in good condition according to ebay. I was wondering can I open a stealth account and sell a few things and than ask for higher seller limits but than click the option where it says have an account already and put the information of my old top rated account? do you think they will link me?

Might work in the short run but the more sales you do on this new accounts the higher the chance it will come under closer scrutiny and once that happens it will get linked and the paypal will get limited as well.

If you already have a healthy account, you should leave it alone. Clearly your unhappy one has gone down, why risk two going down?
