X10 neg feedback from same buyer. How to remove???
 

hi so check my eBay yesterday and one buyer has left me 10 negative feedbacks for the 10 items they purchased there was a problem with check out and ended up paying postage 10 times which cost £9. rather than message me . They just left negative feedback. IV sent them a message. I agreed to refund them and they're happy to remove the feedbacks. I've sent them 5 feedback revision request. they say they filled them out but the neg still showing. also you're only allowed to send 5 feedback revision request. what can I do about the other five do I need to contact eBay customer service? The buyer is happy to change to a positive . Help always appreciated ��

message them on twitter, the twitter agents do have the power to delete feedback

You know that's 5 feedback revision requests PER YEAR right? You now will not be able to do it again for the next year. You should have contacted ebay right away and let them take care of it, instead of wasting the revisions.

JEEZ what a bell-end. You sure they were not trying to put you out of business by getting ebay to manually review you?

Don't use your feedback review request. COntact eBay about it and have them handle it.
Or tell the buyer to request the revision through eBay.

I'd go by contacting eBay for abuse of negative.

It's kinda been sorted. He replied to the X5 revision request. And eBay customer service removed the other 5. Let hope eBay bastads don't look too deep into my account or it will be toasted toast. Thanks all for your help. At least I know for when the next bell end comes along. Till next time

well, then you won't be able to revise any feedbacks for 1 year. Should have just gotten eBay to get rid of all of them.

I did ask eBay to remove them but because I'd already submitted the revision requests( not knowing it was only X5 a year) they couldn't remove them.
