i am new to this forum and i want to know what i can do to stay 100% safe on ebay. i am selling illegal stuff on a private account and i dont want a high fine or a problem with the tax office. Is a good VPN enough? what should i do to stay safe?

Do you mean risky or literally 'illegal'? If its stolen phones or something, then you will run into many issues.
