eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

Hi, i have had 2 buyers immediately send a cancellation request after they pay for the item. I accepted the cancellations but the request is still open. Is this a glitch? Usually refunds go through within 24 hours, and it has been around 5 days...

Was your balance enough to cover the refund?

Go to Your Orders and select the order you want to cancel.
Select the check box next to each item you want to remove from the order. To cancel the entire order, select all of the items.
Select Cancel checked items when finished.

if you refund by directly going to Paypal,YOU DOnt get your Ebay fees back,also if buyer used a credit card,it could take days before it is back in his cc account,up to 21 days,but usually 7 days
