| | | theintersect | 09-22-2020 03:17 PM | Buyer says inr on ebay, after losing then opened NAD case on pp Will I lose?
I sent screen shots of the buyers messages telling me I'm scamming him and accusing me of shipping to his zip code but not his house etc etc (he's a real crazy)
From eBay messages.
I'm trying to show this is fraudulent activity to paypal, he claims to have not gotten it and now that he lost is trying to get a refund through PayPal saying its not as described.
Anyone dealt with this crap before?
Its a $130 item heh
I'm sure if paypal approves return I ain't getting my item back :( |
| agent006140 | 09-22-2020 03:22 PM | Re: Buyer says inr on ebay, after losing then opened NAD case on pp INAD,Paypal will ask him to return the item, once tracking shows delivered, you or Paypal will refund him in full.
If you receive an empty box or damaged item, appeal. |

Any advice? |
Re: Buyer says inr on ebay, after losing then opened NAD case on pp What's the issue? Was the item really NAD? |

Any advice? | You'll most likely qualify for seller protection if it was initiated by a financial institution. At least in my experience. |

Which is weird. |

The thing is, decisions with financial institutions take a long time to process and such, I think that is why PayPal will just dish out money to both parties if they can't find either at fault. |
| agent006140 | 09-22-2020 11:03 PM | Re: Buyer says inr on ebay, after losing then opened NAD case on pp if buyer lost the case on Ebay and 30 days has past ,he is filing chargeback with his cc,then you are going to lose,cc may not even ask him to return the item.
also a $20 fee for you |

Any advice? | he went to his credit card issuer and filed a chargeback,Paypal will just turn over your explanation and his card issuer will decide.
Depends on what he told them, you probably will lose and he will keep the item and you pay $20 chargeback fee to Paypal.
welcome to ecommerce |

welcome to ecommerce | In my experience when this has happened, as long as you have tracking proof that it was delivered, even if the buyer's CC company wins you can get PayPal to foot the bill. |

| degsey69 | 09-23-2020 02:19 AM | Re: Buyer says inr on ebay, after losing then opened NAD case on pp I recommend that you agree to refund him on PayPal if he returns the order which is on his own dime, from experience the Credit Cart company will ask him to do this and if he does you are not too much out of pocket and if he does not then the claim will be dismissed and funds released. |
| SaiJin | 09-23-2020 11:51 AM | Re: Buyer says inr on ebay, after losing then opened NAD case on pp So if you shipped everything to the address as mentioned in PP / EBay and you have tracking PP should cover you specially if it's his bank that initiated the charge back.
Problem is your funds will be help and it takes 2-4 weeks for the decision to come |

The institution does not file chargeback, the buyer does. |

| cafonabob1 | 09-25-2020 01:51 PM | Re: Buyer says inr on ebay, after losing then opened NAD case on pp Google the address. I would be willing to bet it is a freight forwarder in either Florida or Delaware and buyer is in either Dominican Republic or Republic of Georgia.
If he opened an item not as described case in Paypal, just approve the return. He doesn't have the item, the freight forwarding company or customs in his country probably stole it. Quote:
