I need some help regarding stealth accounts
 

I have a few questions:
1)Can I open an ebay account to dropship to USA from Europe?
If I can do I just put in my addres or do I need an USA address?
2)Is 911 proxy good for stealth?How do I use it since proxies last 24 hours from first use.
3)If 911 is not good what should I purchase from ipburger, residental or dedicated proxy? Dedicated seems a lot better but I've seen peole saying otherwise.Also same thing, how should I use them if I buy residental?
4)Do I need a SSN or anything like it that I obviously can't get?

Other than this, all info would be of great help since I am new.

I resolved that.
I've been reading for hours and got answers for all my questions except these.
So ipburger is the best?

911 works fine, but you know that here they will always recommend ipburger...

We recommend it because it was made for stealth. The number 1 problem new users have is using lower cost products and getting suspended

911 works 100% definitely fine, and much cheaper option.
But you need to filter out their good IPs from bad.

Use these online tools to check the Quality of your IPs:
http://getipintel.net/ (results must be GREEN)
https://whoer.net/ (results must be 100%)
https://proxy6.net/en/privacy (results must be GREEN)
https://2ip.io/privacy/ (results must be ZERO PERCENT)

Looks like 911 not accepting paypal as a payment method. Any other known alternatives for residential proxies that accept Paypal as payment method ?
