Ebay account creation

Hello everyone, I am about to create an ebay account with a Residential IP address with IPBurger, I would like to know if after creating the account and after entering the first ad I can connect it to a new non-Residential IP address but a new unshared address without suspending the account, is it feasible? Sorry if you see words without meaning I don't know English well I use the translator.

running an account from a VPN is fine but id recommend aging it atleast 2-3 months first with some sales from a residental IP address.

This is a good idea OP - if you can keep using the Residential IP though , that is still a great option to consider

Use a STATIC Residential IP Address for at least a month, and then just use other IP afterwards as you like. But as much as possible, stick to the residential IP address for best result.

I recently got my Ebay account flagged for drop shipping policy violation. Account is still active and not banned/suspended. So my question is can I create a new Ebay account again using the same info as my flagged account with just a new email address? Do I need this sort of static Residential IP address to make the new account or can I use my regular internet connection IP? Do I need all new info for this new account besides the email? Since I will use Ebay's managed payment system I will not need a Paypal account this time around. Any feedback would be helpful. Thank you.
