USA ebay for use in Canada

Anyone know if it's ok to set shipping location as canada for a USA ebay/paypal

All I see is either uk or USA accounts for sale. Juke the seller never has any canada ones

yeah you can use any location of the item.
Only with uk ebay i cant do london/uk cause then you have to fill in tax stuff, so only there i do something else.
On any other ebay i use the location of the country im listing on.
