Selling gift cards suspended what now

I was selling gift cards on eBay for a few months then I all of a sudden got a mc011 and then suspended. I want to give it a try again but I don’t want to spend 300 dollars on a eBay account then it get suspended. Can I buy one of the 40-80 dollar PayPal accounts and then open an eBay account with it and take it slow with listings and try to build up again that way ? Thanks
Also my PayPal got banned too a few days after the mc011. All of this was sudden. I had amazing feedback 200+

Sad to hear - perhaps the platform just happened to pick up on your activity after an update or changes in the system....or perhaps that particular gift card listing/sales got flagged suddenly....just ideas

feedback means nothing to Paypal,if you keep selling the same ,you will be banned again.
Paypal never remove any account,closed or banned or dormant
