i use residence ip + google voice to create an account,when i try to create a seller account,ebay show this and then block me.what's the problem?

IMHO, google voice service is a bad idea for creating accounts. I prefer to use real simcard.

Yea do not use Google voice or anything like it ebay will suppend you fast.
Use a real phone and new sim card
