eBay stealth account and items for sale

I have a question, I purchased the book and have successfully (so far) created a stealth account, My wife is adopted and has some paperwork in her original name so we used that name we used her mother's address and I purchased a new mobile phone with a new sim card and data to register so its completely new, hopefully, this will work!?

My question is now I am coming around to slowly listing some items I have all of my items on a website, is it a risk to use the same images, can eBay trace it through the photos? I would screenshot the photos on the phone so there is no meta data is this a risk?

Make sure to wipe the photo's of any exif data if you're worried and you'll be fine. If the pics weren't used with another ebay account or seller you shouldn't have to worry though.

I was thinking more along the lines of the backdrop my photos have on them, my photos are all taken in a studio with a backdrop and little props, can they link it by whats in the photo??

There's no chance of that happening.

They aren't nearly as in-depth with their investigation into listing photos as this forum sometimes makes it out to be. Sellers steal pictures from my listings all the time and I've never been linked to any of the sellers who hijacked my photos. They aren't going to link you to your website, or whatever you're concerned about.

I wondered because I had another account after my first banned account, my freind basically gave me his ebay, same setup different comptuer different IP etc, but it got linked, the only way I can think it was possible was through the photos and simular discriptions?

I seriously think it was something else.

I recycle my own photos all the time and it's never caused me any issues. Right now, I have several listings on 2 different accounts with exactly the same listing photos and slightly different descriptions.

Maybe it was the descriptions, I copied and pasted them so they was very alike almsot exactly the same I guess.

Since this account is my last real shot at eBay I want to be super careful , this is the third time I have pruchased a new mobile phone on top-up for mobile data I dont want another account burned because Im careless
