Buyer opened a return requested then closed.
Can he now open a INR case? And win it?

Why would the buyer open a INR case, if the buyer already opened a return requested, it must have been received, or made a request by mistake.

i think he wanted to conact me but opend it reqlly by mistake. ANd then closed. I am not sure if he got it as it it without tracking. So do you know the answer to my question?

There's no tracking and if the buyer is a scammer, it is easy to say INR and ebay will more then likely refund.

Yes, no tracking = you are screwed. Period.

Yes, mistakes happen. Buyers do it all the time. Then after that, paypal is line. They have like 5 chances at a refund. Last being a chargeback

Yes - it's pretty crazy the amount of options available to a buyer

1. If buyer opens retuen, the system will never allow and give option to the buyer to open INR afterwards.
2. Even ebay rep won't be able to open INR after return is filed.
3. If return is kept open then ebay will put notes and they will consider and treat it as INR
4. If buyer closes the return request after opening as they realsed the mistake, still system wont allow buyer to open INR
5. If the buyer contacts ebay they will most likey redirect them to seller and wont help unless some rep take decision out of policy just to help buyer a kind of exception then only they can put hold till estimate delivery considering it inr.

Last but not the list, buyer is not covered to return the item when they misuse return request by opening it as INR.

it is not unusual for a buyer to request return and then change his mind,either they dont want to be bothered t o make a trip to the post office or someone in the family likes it and talk him out of it,or he decides he should keep it/

Here, the buyer filed return before receiving the item and they closed it immediately thinking they will be able to open INR which they wont be able to open.

dont waste your time speculating what he would do next,it is Fleabay,dont sell anything your cant afford to lose.
