Default Creating New eBay Account: residential vs fresh vs tethering?

Hi, I just read the Stealth Book and have a few questions:

1) Fresh IP on IP Burger is never used before, but residential is. I've been recommended by IPBurger rep to use their residential for 1-2 months first if creating a new ebay account, then switch to Fresh. I also saw that tip in the Stealth Book comments section by the moderator. Isn't it a risk to use residential that possibly may have been linked to an old ebay account?

2) So it seems there's some risk to creating an account with FreshIP. Any insights?

3) I do have Tmobile hotspot for tethering, which is stated as "perfect for stealth" in the Stealth Book. But I also see comments on how it's a flag for ebay when your IP keeps changing. I would prefer to use tethering to avoid having to pay for IP burger, but now I'm confused as to whether or not it's really "perfect" or a flag. So, is it safe to use tethering to create a new ebay account and use?

Please share your knowledge, thank you!

Thank you for your response! So what about #3, in regards to tethering? Is it okay to create (and use) a new ebay account with tethering?

Hello and thank you for your response! How exactly are you using 4G mobile data? Do you mean directly on your phone, instead of tethering?

Depends on the IP pool and quality.

I personally stick to IPBurger to Residential IP because I know they cater to us, stealth people. And not just random people who needs VPN for some random stuff.

Essentially I deem them a. valuable tool because I've been successful in everything I do especially amazon which is MUCH tougher than eBay.

It's basically a question that I ask myself : "Even if I'm paying a couple $ more for the service, but it's convenient, it's proven to work really well and I don't need to worry about getting suspended and my accounts are making money consistently" Is it worth it? I believe that a peace of mind and consistent income is worth it.
