I am currently not banned from ebay and have 0 restrictions on my account

Do I have the same % of getting my stealth account banned versus someone who does have a banned account, assuming i play my card right?

yes, ebay doesn't care whether you're stealth or not, they are equal opportunity assholes.

Anyone's account can be banned at any time for any reason whether it's because ebay bots don't like something they pick up or a manual inspection, or a simply mistake on the owners part.
