New Ebay seller account with Business LLC

Hello I have a banned Ebay seller account under my name and current address.

I have just registered a business LLC and would like to create an ebay seller account ( not a stealth a account) under my LLC, my LLC have the same address as the banned ebay seller account. Would this be safe?

Would an llc with a different address be safe? Or is it a wipe the slate clean again even if the name is masked.
