Ebay account to make purchases with

Hi, I have a situation that I need help with. I've been dropshipping an item from ebay but ebay only allows me to purchase 3 every 10 days. Thus I made more accounts to buy more. After about 6 accounts or so my payment stopped going through and my new accounts would get banned. I need help figuring out a way around this. Again, I only need to buy from ebay, I don't need to sell on ebay. My thought is new user > use proxy > check out as guest > use visa vanilla gift card to purchase. Please let me know the approach you would take. Thank you in advance!

Also I tried this using nord VPN and it didn't work. Do only proxies work?

amazon blocks certain vpns, so it could very well be ip related.

nord VPN is badly overused so avoid that. OP are you in the US? Other sources of dynamic IP exist like cellphone tethering for example
