Where can I sell software licenses?

I wanted to know if it is possible to sell software licenses on eBay in a certain way?
If not on which site can such licenses be sold?

Ebay does allow digital items but it has to be as classified Ad in the Everything else category. You are better off selling elsewhere.

Those type of things will get your account suspended so fast it's not even funny.

They are one of the highest risk type items.
