Default canceled orders = suspended ?

canceled orders,

Hello,

I would like to know if canceling orders could be dangerous for stealth, at least for seller performance, in order to get suspended?
Can canceling an order from a buyer (several times) cause us to suspend?

What reason you selecting for the cancellation?

What percentage of your sales are you cancelling?

If you do that too much yes, I've seen people get in trouble for this.

I can see security flags being tripped by this repetitive activity

It will certainly damage you account. Initially you will be demoted to a 'below standard' seller which is bad enough in itself. Persistent offending will lead to this being escalated to a suspension.

it does happen several times, I quote all my sales:

- 3,40 € cancel 15/12
- 3,40 € cancel 19/12
- 3.40 € right 22/12
- 3,40 € cancel 22/12
- 18 € right (2x9 €) 12/02
- 18 € right (2x9 €) 12/02
- 45 € cancel (5x9 €) 13/02
- 64 € right 1/03
- 25 € cancel (5x5 €) same buyer * 03/03
- 50 € cancel (10x5 €) same buyer * 03/03

I still have no penalties, but this stealth account is starting to get a lot ... I doubt

I was told by an ebay employee after 2-3 cancellations within a small period of time you're at risk of suspension.

Just confirm dispatch instead of cancelling them, then contact customer with an excuse and refund via paypal.

yeah...
maybe because the cancellations are distant in time and / or in addition the fact that the great part of the articles having been canceled were on the same order ... decreases my risk of suspension.
What do you think ?

...... ummm okay.... not sure why you're cancelling so much.

You'll get in trouble soon or later.

Your business plan suxs if you have to cancel to that degree.

Is this drop-shipping causing problems?

What was the reason?

in fact it's who buys my own ads from me, I try to lift the limit, the 21 days, after 90 days 250 usd and 25 article.
Except that sometimes it's not who buys the item but strangers, and I don't really have the items ....

That's a problem. Dropshipping itself is a problem since you're not in control of the inventory and quality.

I suggest you start with stocking a few items to make sure you can give impeccable service to your customers.
