Same Credit Card on suspended and Stealth account

I have a credit I attached to my suspended ebay account, I am asking, is it possible to use the same credit card info on the new stealth account? can the " ship from address" be the same as the suspended account.

Please, I would like to know.

the issue is that you are linking the new stealth account to the suspended one... CC is a strong link between the 2

Stealth account is no more stealth and will probably suspended too
