New eBay with strong PayPal (blacklisted by eBay)

Hi everyone,

Any idea about how to use a strong PayPal (which was preciously linked to a suspended eBay) with new eBay accounts? Ebay suspends when such PayPal is linked to it.
Changing email on PAyPal wont help.

No real riskfree way - you can try using some stealth procedure and hope it works but nothing is 100%....you may last for long time or short time

each paypal account has a control number,you cant change that,
start a new paypal account and a matching NEW EBAY account
