Creating a new account instead of a substandard account
 

Hello there. I have a substandard store. I fell below the standard due to the mistakes I made at the beginning. Unfortunately, although 1 year has passed, I cannot go above the standard. I had a 9.84% error rate. Although I received 30-35 orders in 1 month, the next month it decreased only 2% to 7.04%. Although I ship my products fast, ebay is not interested. For this, I want to open a new account on the same ip. Is this possible? Can I open an account if I use the same paypal and this account remains open or if I close the account? My account was not suspended. I want to open a new account because I cannot go above the standard and I do not want to pay extra fees. I made 92 sales in total and I have $ 2,500 turnover. But ebay does not even increase my listing right because I am below standard. I am entitled to list 100 pieces! Even new accounts have the right to list as I do. What would you suggest I do? thank you.

You are all over the place. It's important you reorganize your thoughts and plan of action.

Based on your questions,

1. It's clear you should start with the stealth guide.
2. rewrite your plan
3. come back here when you have more questions or if you're unclear what the guide tells you to do .

Follow the guide, no "what if".

Open a new account, using the same IP shouldn't cause a problem, I personally would not reuse the PP account, and don't **** it up this time.

thank you. After all, ebay allows to open accounts on the same ip. And I'm not on ebay's blacklist. Should I delete the account? Or do I open a new account without deleting it? and should I unlink my paypal account.
