He escalated to eBay and they refunded his money. He escalated to eBay 2 days after tracking shows it was delivered. I did not update tracking in ebay but have copy of delivery result. I cannot find a link on how to appeal, every link I go to tells me what I need to appeal but NOT HOW TO Appeal. Says I have 30 days. |

I had something similar late last year and the customer paid me. Saved on Ebay fees LOL

He WANTS the item? Just a cluster. | If the buyer has admitted to the item being delivered, and ebay can see this, they will rule in your favor. Just did that a few days ago actually. Didn't even have tracking number to provide. But if the buyer says he's got it, that's all ebay cares about. |

Sounds like the buyer will take care of the issue if they want to continue doing business. Also, sounds like the perfect example of taking the buyer off ebay altogether and sell direct. |
