There is an Ebay USA category for scraps and parts,seller list items there and BUYER cannot file INAD,unless it is completely different ,like you say laptop and then ship a rock .see if there is one on Ebay UK
| sure, but end of the day, this only works for honest buyers. Kinda like locks only keep out honest people. Any buyer can say " he shipped me a rock". And it seems like when you prevent buyers from returning something, they are more likely to lie about the reason. |
