Hi everyone,
Been doing a lot of research on eBay and I’ve noticed refurbished iPhones sell really well their in grade A, grade B, grade c etc.
Was wondering if Alibaba would be the best place to source these phones?
I’ve looked at feedback from sellers selling these phones and their feedback is very good and seems to be a lot of money to be made in this.
As always appreciate all your replies.

I understand what your saying but a lot of sellers selling these iPhones have very good feedback some have 100% feedback so if their that bad then how come these sellers have good feedback selling these refurbished iphones as their not sold as brand new.
I notice sellers are very honest about battery life and condition etc so if battery is 80% it will be sold grade c example so their being honest with their customers.

Maybe these sources got their electronics from the real factory or something like that which is still a possibility.
So with that in mind, I don't see why you shouldn't give it a go.

some sellers will pay buyers to remove negative feedback.
But I know some sellers just have connections to find these refurbished items,it could be a local repair shop, pawn shop,or they buy in bulk /
also stores like Bestbuy,Target,Macy,Costco often sells store returns to some company they have contract with and these companies then resell them .

It did cross my mind that maybe some of these sellers are authorised sellers to sell the iPhones or buy them from a reputable wholesaler somewhere but I don’t believe all the sellers on eBay have done this.
Some of them must of brought them from DHgate AliExpress or Alibaba.
Ive sold stuff from DHgate 1 product never got a bad review so wouldn’t surprise me some of these sellers are also doing this.

Your advice is much appreciated honestly.

If it works, you will make some money. The opposite end of the spectrum is the loss of your account. You wouldn't know for sure if you don't try.
Just be aware that electronic devices such as mobile phones are a hassle. Scammers may target you.

Maybe try with a younger acc that you won't mind losing first.
I can tell you're determined, there'll always risk to making good money and I say go for it.

As always appreciate all your replies. | The peculiar thing is that all of these sellers on Alibaba selling refurbished iPhones have zero transactions on alibaba every single one of them which implies no one has purchased from them and I wonder why!
From personal experience you would need to source these handsets closer to home plenty of companies wholesaling refurbished iPhones in the UK.

I don't see Alibaba as a good source of refurbished iPhones since the software for device setup is pretty much set within Apple itself before it hits the market - not via Alibaba...careful with this source

Look there’s no harm in trying make a sample purchase for 1 or 2 handsets and see how you get on and if all is above board then go for it just bear in mind eBay restricts a lot of accounts selling high value branded items unless you have a strong and we’ll established account and even then they may request supplier invoices.

This way I won't feel so bad for you when it happens lol...
