In such situations, you need to act like such buyers. If you are sure everything worked. For example a camera. You can find a photo on the Internet where you can see that the camera is working))) And when you return, shoot the unpacking on video.

Ebay ask to send a pic to proof it was in described condition. Which a pic of its not going to help on say the camera not working. Seems if this loser wins the dispute im out the phone and money! So that begin said u can buy something say it dont work and get a full refund on ebay and steal the item. Any one else have disputes like this on ebay since the switch?

I know im never selling anything of high value on ebay if it's that ez to get scammed.

bunch of people here talking non sense.
if that was so easy then we'd all buy everything and file chargebacks and keep items for free.

Credit cards don't care if it's item as described or not, just like ebay and paypal they take the buyer's side. BUT credit cards REQUIRE the item to be returned or an attempt at return. The second means the buyer can say I want to return this and if you say "no, i'm not taking returns", then the card will refund the buyer.

Only way to win these is just like ebay/paypal, accept a return and force the buyer to return it. If it's a scammer he'll just return it and move on to someone else who won't accept return. Just FYI scammers don't buy $90 iphones and file chargebacks. Chargebacks are like $1,500 macbooks and $5000 Rolex.

you have accepted return, relistd it and found someone else. Ebay of 2010 is gone where you fight disputes and sellers can win. Now the best resolution for seller is to get the item back and find another buyer and lose out on shipping.

There is no way Ebay or his cc issuer knows who is telling the truth,so buyer gets his money back and seller gets his phone back.
with chargeback, seller pays chargeback fee $20 but buyer has to pay return shipping.
buyer can chargeback any amount $5.$10.$50,he has nothing to lose
