Sure you can but need to make sure proper info is registered....IP is proper for UK account initial registration....customers understand where items are coming from and shipping delays potentially...etc

does it require you to link an UK bank?
if so,then your proceeds in GBP will remain as GBP?or US$

So it's very important that you get a VPN at least that's based on the account's country to run it from outside.
