I'm new to the forum and i think its great how we can all come together and help each other sell more on ebay. But i would like to know many of you make ebay(working online) your full time job, what did you do before ebay, and what you what to accomplish as far as a "internet career"
For me ebay is one of my full time "hustles" But i'm still a full time student working on my cisco certs and a BA in business administration i also have other online vertures, but for the most part i'm a internet geek that likes to make money online(ebay, craigslist, adsense etc) and plan on being a internet entrepreneur. And owning my own company!

I am the proud owner of a baked goods route. I pick-up baked goods from mfg. and actually go out & merchandise in stores: supermarkets, delis, bagel stores, etc. Sounds corny but cookies & goodies make people smile...always say I sell "love & smiles". Really love what I do. On a p/t basis I try to make ends-meet w/EB. And...in my spare time, not that it is "my job", I am a member of local Humane Society...feline rescue & foster.

aspkin, these furry babies are worth US$3000.00 at least. If they get their
championships they will be worth more. I named my best boy for you. There was
no disrespect . Geez, I paid US$4000 to import their Mamma. These are really
extra special babies so one merited to be called aspkin.

TotallyDisgusted, that's awesome about the humane society. i would do that too if i had more time. my wife is going to school to be a vet-tech. she's bringing home a new addition to our family friday. a beagle she has been working with at school. that's in addition to our cats, a beagle and a new dachshund puppy we just got last month. it's a full house.

Yes, I love the volunteer work w/the felines but you definitely can't have much of a social life Now, w/kitten season in full-gear, getting very busy. Have 3 little 4-wk. old bottle-babies rescued from a fire...doing well & too cute for words. In the last year alone, I think I'm up to 80-something fosters that have been in & out of this crazy house Good luck w/your new addition & God-Bless your wife for trying to make a difference!! I don't want to tell you the resident # here...it is truly an Oprah show | |

Your home sounds like mine. The dogs, the birds, the goats, the cow, the chickens. But I keep very strict control on breeding! LOL.
I foster lost waifs as well (animals for the most part sometimes a human).

TotallyDisgusted, i know what you mean. sometimes i'm afraid my neighbors are going to turn us in for being dog and cat hoarders. LOL! it's not that bad, but it seems like every year we take in a new homeless kitten. we can never have a christmas tree.
i would love to foster, but i know my wife and i would never actually foster them out. we would grow attached, and keep them all!

Don't want to hi-jack this thread BUT, I know what you mean about keeping them all. The "resident" cats here...all 13...yes 13 is not a typo and yes, all inside ONLY, are the fosters that no one wanted. It is sort-of like misfit island over here :D Have one missing tip of tail...one that is well, let's say a bit autistic w/multiple problems, etc. etc. Love them all though.

We had 23 cats once. Though not all inside.
Tip: Feed them raw meat/chicken/fish. Especially the weak or deranged ones (and definitely the pregnant ones).
Works wonders within a week or so.
