Hi lads,

i'm facing an issue that i've never see in 20 years of eBay, maybe related to new payment services

I opened a stealth account ( IT acc ), used phake name, and attach it an IBAN from a third part accepting mismatched name payment

Listed the first item, a low value item sell as used, on user bought it and pay and the eBay asked me docs and micropayments to be received in my IBAN for verify and keep selling

In few time i used to send all, they got the docs ( graphic work ) and they sent micropayments. After inserting micropayments, stating at the system all was ok.

I put online other 3 new listing of low value item at very interesting price.

With surprise in the days after i've not see any incoming purchase, at it was impossibile because the items had a very lower prices

One day i started to receive email from some customers that asking when i will ship their items...

I immediately went to see emails and mu ebay section for discover their purchase, but nothing showed up...

I tried to by my own item, checkout went trought and eBay charge my card my i don't receive any confirmation email on the sellng account and no items to be shipped on my ebay...after a while i received back the money in bank account and the transaction was cancelled. I think people waiting item didn't notice the same as happened to me

After that i received also some email where some customers can't go trought the checkout getting variuos random errors trying to pay with multiple cards...

I contacted ebay " customer care " that escalated the problem, and they answered me that my account is blocked for selling, and that i can only purchase

The problem is, ok, but my items are online and visible, and 5 minutes ago i tried to put online a new listing, and it works. I think they read superficially the case and notify with previous supspension for micropayments and docs request

Write them a couple of times, i'm waiting the third answer hoping to find one serious worker there...

The question is, any of you had or have in this moment similar issue? It really seems nobody can buy my items!

That means your acc is not yet verified or banned. There is that idiotic ban type when everything works except payments not being delivered to you.

So when this happened, the only way for me to pay was to register Paypal on my buyer account, add a credit card to that paypal then add paypal to the ebay account to pay.

Use that to pay once and after that I can just use credit card to pay for future purchases.

No any emails. Contacted ebay reps later and they said i am banned.

Thanks i want to go deeper to this case. I don't trust their answer. Account is fully operative, and i still think they don't know what to say or don't have effort to look inside. I believe in a MP bug or so..
If docs are rejected they write

this is the reason for the problem , they need some time to check ID , sometimes it is quick , others times slow

but stealth ID will be discovered , good graphic skills won't help there

most likely they made a check on your codice fiscale

not a problem , for example recently countless sellers were restricted indefinitely because of virtual bank accounts

so all their accounts function completely normally , they can buy and sell as much as they like but no payouts will be made , ever

I have no restriction in this account, maybe it's not clear.

I already faced refused docs and they send an email if something happen

Will you ban people letting them the same to put listing online and bother customers with items that they cannot not buy in the end?

This is really strange...

yes , if you contact managed payment or request a callback they can tell you

the monkeys are mostly the general support reps , they have specialized MP staff that know very well what is going one. I once had a restriction on MP , it was removed right on the phone within 10 minutes but it was not because of serious issues like ID

Its a bug in their system same issue someone had it and their payout was not also sending to bank even no hold, they contacted almost everyday and then they advised it will be reviewed manually and all fixed

You have to keep push them

Yes i was thinking about, i finally found a competent employe and he told me it's a know issue. And exactly, i have also a lowe amount with no hold matured before this problem, that is not never sent to ( verified ) bank

Nothing to be related to suspended selling privileges

I had to push them for many days before find a person that know the fact. I found many rappresentative that refused to believe because in their screen account was all ok. LOL
