Some another example of how EBAY loves sellers:
I've sold an item. Buyer has opened a return. I've provided a return TNT label ASAP. Buyer disappeared for 1.5 months, during which ebay decided that I must be banned. After these 1.5 month buyer appeared and said he has issues with the label, but I was never able to communicate with him - he ignored SMS, and ebay messaging was disabled due my account being banned. He escalated the return, and reps asked wtf. I explained to them, that the label is added to the case, buyer violated ebay policies and never sent the item back. They asked me to upload the shipping label via some form... OMG why if it is attached to the case itself - but they do not care! Anyway, I've missed their second email somehow (found it later, and it had that request to upload the label again), and they've just closed the case and refunded the buyer although label was provided, but the buyer played some games! Absolute nonsense... |
