How to create stealth accounts for payoneer? I know that you can do paypal as much as you want and pay for new ebay accounts, because they do not thoroughly check user data
But what about the payoneer? Can you specify not your passport data there? Or change the age number, etc.? Will such an account pass verification?

I will clarify, this is possibly important, I plan to create accounts from Kazakhstan or Russia

of course but at least it is possible to open payoneer stealth , that I can not say about Adyen

paypal is easy because they accept stealth docs without any checks and with low quality while hard checks only take place if the account is flagged later down the road

they certainly monitor foreign affiliation , especially if someone use foreign ID's , withdraw to foreign banks , use the bank card to withdraw outside the country of registration etc.
