Is there a category on German and Italian eBay that allows you to bypass the monthly volume sales limits?

On ebay.com, category Business & Industrial> Office>
Office Supplies> Other Office Supplies

works fine, I am looking for a counterpart on ebay.de and ebay.it
Can anyone help?

I know that both of the above work in the UK as well
