Ebay Seller Acct. Limited

Hey All I have a question if your ebay seller acct. is limited, does that mean after I reach that limited I can't sell any more until I fax the items they ask for, or does it mean every month there is a set limited I can sell? If the latter is true then where would I find out the limit, because I have been selling for a month without faxing the items, but now I can't list anything. All advice is appreciated:D.
