eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Linked by computer's user name?

They do check fingerprints but you can create multiple accounts with the same fingerprints no issues. But out of the blue your account creation process can stop working. I use a firefox add on that creates and maintains a unique fingerprint profile for another site I sell on. Works well.

Seems fairly common these days - suspension then lift when contacted
