eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Funds on hold for legit account

I had nothing against to open a high street bank account but in my case I need to fly back to the UK and then back here whee I have to stay for now. I my case now is amost impossible taking to account all that COVID mess. I was fully relied on eBay and that eBay business. The most crappy attitude that Managed payment staff ooked the documents and accepted them 6 month ago thout any warning. If they think the online banks are fraudster's nest they should have warned at the first instance, but they didn't.
I have all chat transcripts saved.
It's like you make somebody dependant on the drug/or similar and then refuse to provide with

Open starling bank account you don't need to fly and its accepted by eBay

How can a non uk resident register for starling?
Since they ask for proof of address at the end of their sign up?.

you can't , this is the very reason why ebay MP only want bank accounts held at banks with full UK banking licence because such banks have the strictest verification. UK banks do not open accounts for non residents , they do credit checks etc.

Wise is mostly used by people for currency conversion while revolut as bank account , for many as main bank account

I'm in the same situation as the topic creator. My accounts are legit with real names and over 20000 sales on each.
I've send everything to ebay and their answer is the same "we will contact you as soon as we review your documents". But I never get an answer since they decline my wise statement.
How can a non uk resident open an acceptable bank for their ebay without flying over seas to do so?.

It seems that working through .com site qnd adding .co.uk as additional listing platform works better.

I'm UK resident and citizen but left the county temporarily for medical and family reason.

all this does not matter as ebay MP have been mass restricting people using virtual bank accounts. the probability of reinstatement is close to zero despite completely genuine details and legitimate businesses
