But registering an image with vero does not help at all, indeed they wont let you do it and I suspect they'll just direct you to section 4.2 of the Notice of Claimed Infringement form.
And all this does is allow you to attack those who use your image, it offers absolutely zero defence for anyone who want to take you down unless they try to use your image - which as it's unique they clearly wont.
As we discussed on your other thread you fail to understand howe vero works and what its purpose it - attack not defence. You've become so hung up on this image issue you haven't thought about how to truly protect yourself.
If I wanted to take down your listing I would find another angle now the image you're using is no longer an option. ( are you really only using a single image to describe a set of headphones??)
To prove the point, if I take my own photos and use them why do I need to register them with anyone if I don't intend to use them to attack another listing?
As I said, good luck to you but I want other readers to know that the way you've described 'protecting' yourself is useless and should not be taken as good advice. IMO it was a waste of money...sorry.
