Question regarding stealth paypal and ebay

If anyone has done this...
Has anyone had any problems with a different name on ebay and paypal but SAME address, phone number and email in both accounts? Will this cause any problems?

Just curious because my friend has same name but a different address on both paypal and ebay and he has not had any problems.

Its not a Huge waving red flag... But it very easily could become one... Especially if there are ever any issues with either account.

What would be the point of doing this in the first place? You could just about bet that it would cause a problem for the account eventually....

At the start it goes OK. First time the account gets 'looked' at for other reasons, paypal decides there is a problem. The dreaded limitation comes & that might have been avoided if everything matched in the first instance. Being stealth, it is best to have matching info.

The friend may not have ebay & paypal linked. I don't know. Therefore why would there be a problem. tbf, what always worries me is when I get asked about what a friend does: many many times not all the info is given. Question gets asked here based on 3rd hand info and so the answer could be really off base.

So sorry! He just uses the paypal acct to accept payments per auction not to pay fees or anything.
