Item Not there at the Post Office!
Ok, I'm sorry if this is not the right category since I was unsure what place to post it.
Here is what happened.
Friday - I was not there to pick up the item, delivery notice left
Saturday - Went to the post office to pick up the item, but they did not have it. They told me that one of the canadapost workers has no been doing there work properly.
Monday- Went to the post office again and they still did not have the item. I checked another postal office but they did not have the item either. I sent an email to canadapost's customer support.
Tuesday- I went to the post office to see it they magically got the item but the item is not there. I also got an email from Canadapost telling me they are going to review my case and will take up to 5 days!
Decided to give canadapost a call but I was on hold for more than 20 minutes so I hung up.
The tracking number says the item is there at the post office. Also another problem is that my supplier undervalued the item to $70. The actual value of the items inside there are $900.
Please tell me what I should do!
