eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Entropay alternatives 2022

Revolut technically is a bank. They have a UK banking license. That being said I have not tried them myself, others in the form have stated that it works.

I mean not the juridical form of the financial institution, but the bank account itself. Paypal can send both to bank accounts and Visa cards, while ebay can send ONLY to bank accounts.

Also Payoneer can also create VCCs? Unlimit number of VCCs? anyone tried?
I thought 1 VCC per Currency?

Revolut is a bank now. They offer real bank accounts in Latvia I think, or maybe Lithuania, I am not sure.

There is no such thing as payoneer VCC. They issue physical debit cards only. And with a limit of 3-5 per account
