I don't think their old number works anymore. You can call them from your my ebay though

There is no option to call, and in my case i can not find any number in help center.

AFAIK they will no longer assist if you go through one of the numbers circulating unless it relates to account fraud.

That said, it is possible to manipulate the help facility via your account to get the 'chat with us' or 'have us call you' facilities.

On eBay site find "Help" or "Help and Contact"

Then "Contact Us"

Choose your reasoning "Buying" - "Selling" - "Account" etc etc (Not every option you select will give you the option to "Have us call you". Just click on different reasonings until you see the option to have them call you")
