 Possibility of linking in this case?
I have a two year old buyer account with ebay... I want to turn it into a seller account...
It does not have a Paypal linked at all... But the email that I used to sign up for ebay is the same paypal email address that is on a 4 month old limited account. I forgot I had used the same email to sign up for ebay two years ago.
I changed the email address with ebay.. is there a good possibility of linking even though the account was never linked to Paypal at all? only the email addresses were the same.
