Did you read an article from a couple months ago about a guy suing Google for $761 and winning? It went viral and after they got egg on their face they appealed the ruling.
I loved the original case, Google treats people in my industry like lepers (AFTER they get our money). It was nice to see them lose, and it's good to see their hypocrisy exposed in this appeal
The article didn't say the reason for the appeal. Usually appeals need a valid reason and appeals aren't supposed to be for a judge to completely retry the entire case, but they have to be related to the reason for the appeal.
