Hello, first of all, I created a Payoneer account from Turkey 4-5 days ago and used full local details. The account was opened the same day without asking for a selfie, then when I wanted to create an eBay account, they asked for two documents for identity and address. I used creative document for identity but (I'm not too good at this) My Payoneer account was suspended within 1-2 days. How do I best create a private Payoneer account and link it to eBay? is there anyone who can help with this?

Make them better. You might have something wrong in your setup too, since they ask for 2 docs not 1.

So which document should he ask for? Also, in which country is it easiest to open an account?

1 for identity and 1 for address. Don't know about the country. Don't make from Honkong tho. There they have face recongnition and have special verification.

In fact, they said that Russia is easier in this regard, there were people in the forum who opened an account from Russia, but when I looked today, new account applications from Russia were suspended. Do you have any recommendations for identification? Aren't we too good at this?

Russia doesn't work. You need real russian bank account, can't login to payoneer with russian ip, becaise of governemt restrictions, and money go right to the real bank account, no other option for payout.
Now with the war and everything, it is even worse.

russia is under sanctions so it is not an option anymore , they actually put all russian ebay accounts on holidays stating "the seller is away until 31.12.2030."

best payoneer is actually in the major western countries like UK but unfortunately it can not be used on ebay. so the second best country is always the country where you have full access to banks , documents , people etc. and which is accepted by ebay

This country is Turkey for me, I can provide other documents besides ID. but i have a real problem with id. I'm not very good at Photoshop, what can I do about it?
