I got 2 accounts I can’t get into one due to the phone number being old I have called and emailed nothing is happening! If I just leave that account to close will they close down my other account ? Both have my real bank account on but different bank accounts

They put me through to a place in the Philippines and they say they’re gonna look into it and get back to me this has been going on all week

Bro/mate, they're just stringing you along.

The CS reps will say anything but the truth to get you off the phone. Especially the reps in the Philippines. Hopefully I'm wrong, but that's my experience.
