This is driving me mad, I've been getting disputes and angry buyers because reply to emails seems to be very hit and miss as to whether the message is delivered. I've seen this has been a problem in the past and now seems to be back again.
Are many other people having problems with this and is there any solution (yes I know just use the web interface but with many messages it IS considerable extra faff)

No it's the email address linked directly to my account and replying from that email itself.
I've checked and for every pissed off buyer I found the message missing from sent items on the Ebay site but present in my Outlook sent items folder.
In theory reply to the members.ebay.co.xx should work but its possible that ebay are seeing it as an attempt to do off-site business and blocking it in some way maybe via keywords.

This is with people who have already purchased where keywords are no longer filtered. Also some messages are as simple as asking what issue they are having exactly, so definitely not a filter problem.
