As per my last handful of accounts, eBay appears to just be sending payouts without requiring me to confirm the amount of microdeposits being made. This has been ongoing for a week or 2 now since I initially attached the routing/act #s
I know in the past eBay has sometimes been delayed in asking for verifications, but never like this (on the scale of weeks). What is everyone's experience here?

If registering on COM (no matter which country you chose) there will be no depozits verifications. They send payouts just like that. Down side - if account number has a mistake in it - money never comes back and support does not help. However they ask for pasport number after first sale - not sure where and how they check it and not sure if dummy number works.
On CO.UK website after sale they ask for 2 depozits, but does not ask for pasport number.
Other sites might have different rules.

Wow, not verifying must be a new policy, I dont recall this being the case even just a few months back
No passport / ID verification required just yet. We shall see if that changes shortly
