"Verify your information to continue selling" Error
 

Got an email titled "Action required: Verify your information to continue selling" on an old account where they've already verified it as of a year ago. Specifically they ask for ID, passport, or other gov issued card. Immediately uploaded it, and while it was temporarily accepted, I received the SAME email not too long thereafter. Almost as if my original submission was never accepted.

The docs are 100% legit and real info. Is this simply a bug? Are they having trouble reading my docs? Do I need to upload alternate docs? Anyone else ever have this issue? Just confused as to what's going on here and whether I need to contact CS, upload a different doc, etc

Yea some times you'll have to reupload.

They are like this in other areas too.

try it just one more time.

if the upload window has disappeared you do not need to upload

Ive done it a few more times, I have a few alternate docs (diff forms of ID etc) that Ill try instead

Is this a glitch? Or does it imply they haven't accepted the docs

In the past when they didn't accept the docs they flat out said it. this is just a repetition of the same email. Very weird
