making an ebay account for a friend in different state

was wondering if this would go through.... before I make an account for a friend who lives nearby in another state I just wanted to know if this would alarm ebay/pp... say if I make an account and he logs in using his IP from his state will pp limit the account and would ebay make the account.... I don't want to make him an account that will get shut down because hes paying me for this lol....

You never can tell with ebay, sometimes its all about trial and error and documenting what works. You'll never know unless you try!! Good Luck!
