Default MC011 - no reply

Got a MC011 due selling my items a bit too fast - my bad. Received this message:

- Provide proof of delivery for all of the items you sold on eBay by uploading tracking. Track items you've sold.

All tracking added, so I've replied to them that they can already look at trackings - everything is in order. However, almost 2 days have already passed and no reply from them. What is going on?

Feels like 2 days would be too quick to expect an answer from them - 5-7 days more acceptable?

It got sorted. After almost 2 days they've asked for a proof of delivery and an invoice.

Did you send in real invoices or get creative? How long did it take them to resolve it after you sent those in?

Few hours once suplplied creative invoices. But obligatory was a solid proof of delivery - I used signed for delivery.

Proof of delivery for the invoiced goods or for eBay sales? If invoiced goods, did you get creative with that as well?

All of my orders will be delivered by today except for one- that is in transit starting yesterday.

I have 1000 orders that have been delivered.

Do you think I should wait until they have all been delivered to respond or should I go ahead and respond now?

Also- I have an order from October 5th that was international that seems to be lost in transit. I just noticed it- the buyer never sent a message so I was unaware. Should I re-ship this as well and wait for it to be delivered before messaging them back (that would be forever)

I think you should just wait for whatever is delivered to be delivered and ask them to review the account. They tend to ask additional questions if they don't want to just ban you straight away. So they might be fine with 1 item not delivered if 1000 are.
